Notice of Partial Withdrawal

Product Ruling PR 2003/39 is withdrawn with effect from today.

1. Product Ruling PR 2003/39 ruled on the income tax consequences for persons ('Growers') who entered into the Queensland Paulownia Forests Project No.7 on or after 4 June 2003 and on or before 9 March 2004.

2. Product Ruling PR 2003/39 is being replaced by PR 2004/22 from 10 March 2004, the date of issue of PR 2004/22. PR 2004/22 will issue to rule on the income tax consequences for all Growers who enter into the Project on and from 10 March 2004 and for those Growers who take up finance being offered by an independent financier.
