Addendum

This Addendum amends Product Ruling PR 2005/116 to reflect an increase in the number of hectares offered for cultivation under the Project from 300 hectares to 350 hectares.

PR 2005/116 is amended as follows:

1. Paragraph 14

Insert the following dot points:

•

Additional correspondence received 29 and 31 May 2006 and 12 June 2006;

•

Draft Further Supplementary Product Disclosure Statement of the TFS Sandalwood Project 2006, received 12 June 2006;

2. Paragraph 17

In the row of the table titled 'Number of hectares available for cultivation under this offer' delete '300' and substitute '350'.

3. Paragraph 19

Delete the first sentence; substitute:

This offer is for 350 hectares representing 700 Sandalwood Lots.

This Addendum applies on and from 7 December 2005.
