Addendum

This Addendum amends Product Ruling PR 2007/23 to incorporate details of the increased size of the Project.

PR 2007/23 is amended as follows:

1. Paragraph 32

Omit '150 hectares'; substitute '1,000 hectares'.

2. Paragraph 67

At the end of the paragraph insert:

Stanford has limited the Terms Payment Agreement to funding 300 Timberlots.

3. Paragraph 68

In the first sentence after 'Stanford' insert:

after Stanford has already funded 300 Timberlots by way of a Terms Payment Agreement

This Addendum applies on and from 21 March 2007.
