Addendum

This Addendum amends Product Ruling PR 2007/71 to delete one of the circumstances under which a Product Ruling will not be issued.

PR 2007/71 is amended as follows:

1. Paragraph 87

Omit subparagraph (a).

This Addendum applies on and from 25 July 2007.
