Erratum

This Erratum corrects Product Ruling PR 2009/14 by adjusting the period of the exercise of the Commissioner's discretion in section 35-35 of the Income Tax Assessment Act 1997 in accordance with the information provided in the Product Ruling application.

PR 2009/14 is corrected as follows:

1. Paragraphs 42 and 116

Omit '30 June 2021'; substitute '30 June 2019'.

This Erratum applies on and from 25 March 2009.
