Employment Declaration Information for Employers
PAYE Bulletin Number 2 is withdrawn with effect from today.
1. PAYE Bulletin Number 2 provides information to employers about the Employment Declaration Form, which was completed by employees under the Pay As You Earn (PAYE) system of taxation. The Employment Declaration Form provided information to help an employer to work out how much tax to deduct from their employees' pay.
2. The PAYE system of taxation ceased to apply to employers from 1 July 2000 when the Pay As You Go withholding system came into effect.
3. PAYE Bulletin Number 2 is no longer current and does not apply to employers after 1 July 2000.
