REGULATION 10.2.11   DIRECTION TO FUTURES EXCHANGE - ORDERLY MARKET  

10.2.11(1)   [ Application]  

This regulation applies if ASIC gave a notice to a futures exchange under subsection 1138(1) of the old Corporations Act before the FSR commencement.

10.2.11(2)   [ Deemed written advice to market licensee]  

On and after the FSR commencement, the notice is taken to be written advice given to a market licensee under subsection 794D(1) of the Act.

10.2.11(3)   [ ASIC's obligations re notice]  

ASIC is taken to have complied with its obligations under section 794D of the Act in relation to the period before giving the written advice.

10.2.11(4)   [ ASIC's obligations under s 794D(5)]  

ASIC is taken to have complied with its obligations under subsection 794D(5) of the Act if it complies with those obligations as soon as practicable after the FSR commencement.
