Schedule 1   Amendment

[1]   Paragraph 1.03A (1) (a)

substitute

(a) the member is uncontactable, that is, if and only if:

(i) either:

(A) the fund has never had an address for the member; or

(B) 2 written communications have been sent, or, if the trustee so chooses, one written communication has been sent, by the fund to the member's last known address and returned unclaimed; and

(ii) the fund has not received a contribution or rollover in respect of the member within the last 12 months of the member's membership of the fund; or
