Hide history noteFor the purposes of subsection 37(1) of the Act, section 130ZC of the Act does not apply to an interest a person holds when becoming a foreign person if the person would not need to give a register notice to the Registrar for the purposes of Part 7A of the Act if the person were to acquire that interest while a foreign person.
