2] (effective on the later of: (a) the day after this instrument is registered; and (b) the day the Free Trade Agreement between Australia and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, done at Adelaide on 17 December 2021 and London on 16 December 2021, enters into force for Australia. However, the provisions do not commence at all if the event mentioned in paragraph (b) does not occur. The Minister must announce, by notifiable instrument, the day the Agreement enters into force for Australia.). S 79 will read:
