Schedule 5 Fees for registration as liquidator

1 Clause 1 of Schedule 1 (table item 12)
Repeal the item, substitute:

On lodging an application under section 20-5 of Schedule 2 to the Corporations Act for registration as a liquidator: |

(a) if the application is the first application under section 20-5 of Schedule 2 to the Corporations Act lodged by the applicant in a calendar year; or |
no fee |
|
|
(b) in any other case |
$2,200 |
