11 Subregulation 1.03(1) (subparagraph (c)(i) of the definition of transferable benefits)
Omit "regulation 28 and subregulation 31(2A) of the Family Law (Superannuation) Regulations 2001", substitute "section 51 and subsection 53(2) of the Family Law (Superannuation) Regulations 2025".
