Healthcare Identifiers Regulations 2020
4 At the end of subsection 8(3)
Add:
; (l) the name of the healthcare recipient's birth mother;
(m) the date of birth of the healthcare recipient's birth mother;
(n) the healthcare identifier assigned to the healthcare recipient's birth mother.
