SECTION 35A PARTICIPATION BY TELEPHONE ETC  
35A(1)
A person holding a directions hearing and the Tribunal in the hearing of a proceeding may allow a person to participate by:

(a) telephone; or

(b) closed-circuit television; or

(c) any other means of communication.
