DEVELOPMENT ALLOWANCE AUTHORITY ACT 1992 (REPEALED)
Applications may be made to the AAT for review of decisions of the DAA that have been confirmed or varied under subsection 119(3) .
120(2) [Time for application]If, because of the operation of subsection 119(4) , a decision is taken to be confirmed, section 29 of the Administrative Appeals Tribunal Act 1975 applies as if the prescribed time for making application for review of the decision were the period:
(a) commencing on the day on which the decision is taken to have been confirmed; and
(b) ending on the 28th day after that day. 120(3) [Implementation of decision subject of reconsideration]
If a request is made under subsection 119(1) in respect of a reviewable decision, section 41 of the Administrative Appeals Tribunal Act 1975 applies as if the making of the request were the making of an application to the AAT for a review of that decision.
