DEVELOPMENT ALLOWANCE AUTHORITY ACT 1992 (REPEALED)
The DAA or an officer of the Department authorised in writing by the DAA may inspect, take extracts from, and make copies of, any document or copy produced or given to the DAA under section 93ZC .
93ZD(2) Retention of certified copy.The DAA may retain a certified copy of a document given in accordance with a request covered by paragraph 93ZC(1)(c) .
93ZD(3) Retention of document.The DAA may, for the purposes of this Chapter, take, and retain for as long as is necessary for those purposes, a document produced under paragraph 93ZC(1)(b) .
93ZD(4) Copy of retained document.The person otherwise entitled to possession of the document is entitled to be supplied, as soon as practicable, with a copy certified by the DAA to be a true copy.
93ZD(5) Evidence.The certified copy must be received in all courts and tribunals as evidence as if it were the original.
93ZD(6) Access to document.Until a certified copy is supplied, the DAA must, at such times and places as the DAA thinks appropriate, permit the person otherwise entitled to possession of the document, or a person authorised by that person, to inspect and make copies of, or take extracts from, the document.
