That this bill be now read a second time.
This bill is part of a package of two bills which together will establish the Australian Tertiary Education Commission.
This bill makes consequential amendments necessary to implement the measures in the main bill, which I just introduced. Full details of the measures are contained in the explanatory memorandum.
I commend this bill to the House.
