Superannuation – CRT Alert update 041/2014

THE SUPERTICK SERVICE IS ONLINE

This advice updates the previous information provided in Alert 041/2014

The SuperTICK service is now operational.

The unscheduled outage yesterday occurred as a result of upgrades to the ATO infrastructure supporting the service.

The ATO will be reviewing this incident and looking at how we can improve our communication to users where a significant outage in the service occurs.
