Updated LMR address data

As part of our reunification strategy, data for the most recent Provision Of Address Process (POA) has been loaded onto the bulk data exchange. If you participate in the POA program you have 21 days to download the data before it is removed.

Please note:

§ Some providers on your list may not have had any updated data, therefore there are no files for them.

§ Included in the data are lost inactive cases. They will be identified separately so you can take appropriate action.

§ Details of members who are, according to our records, deceased or aged over 65 are provided in separate spreadsheets but may be included in all spreadsheets provided.

§ Additional fields including the member’s email and mobile telephone details have been provided where available.

How to use the data

When we provide an updated address for a lost member, you:

§ can consider the member found where their situation is ‘lost – uncontactable’

§ must verify the members address where their situation is lost – transferred’, ‘lost – inactive’ or ‘lost – inactive and uncontactable’.
