Electronic Portability Form (EPF) – System Issue  

Background

This alert is to advise there is an issue with distributing EPF’s this morning.

We are working to rectify this issue and will provide an update later today.

We sincerely apologise for the delay in distributing the EPFs and understand the processing of the any delayed forms, or subsequent backlogs will have a flow on effect.

Please note: APRA does not regard delays arising from this type of backlog as significant; therefore funds are not required to report breaches arising from this backlog to APRA.
