^[Background] Background

We are unfortunately still experiencing outages to a large number of our core internal and external systems including ato.gov.au, portals, SBR1 production, SBR2 production, SBR1 EVTE and SBR2 EVTE. The issue has been identified as an infrastructure issue inside our data centre and we are working to restore all affected hardware and services

We are working towards restoring critical systems and will provide further updates when more information comes to hand.

The systems outage is affecting a large number of services including but not limited to:

· SuperTICK

· EmployerTICK

· Fund Validation Service (FVS)

· Electronic Portability Form (EPF)

· SuperMatch

· Departing Australia Super Payment (DASP)

· Business Portal
