• 4.2 What data will be required and where will we get it?

    • Confirm that the data requirements and the set of indicators identified in phase 3 are appropriate.
    • Data should be valid and actually measure the characteristics it purports to measure.
    • Data should be reliable and not vary significantly.
    • Data should be accurate and timely.
    • Understand and document any limitations of the data and look to address any significant gaps.
    • Record data that is needed or desired, but not readily accessible, in case you need to set up a process for accessing it in the future.
    • Document your data requirements and how they will be met in the evaluation plan.
