  • How to amend or cancel your forms

     When the ATO will amend your forms

    You can phone us and we will amend your Form one and/or Form two if either:

    • you have already paid us the withholding amount (or it is on its way to us) and a correction is required to Form one and or Form two
    • at any other time – if all you need to correct a field within the property details section of Form one or a minor spelling mistake.

    Otherwise you need to cancel and re-submit your form.

    To make an amendment, phone us on 13 28 66 (Fast Key Code 3 4).

    When to cancel and re-submit your forms

    If you have not paid us the withholding amount (and it's not on its way to us), you will need to cancel and re-submit Form one and/or Form two with the correct details in the following circumstances:

    • you have been provided a new notification and the details have changed from what was originally provided
    • there is incorrect information on the forms

    To cancel the forms you will need to contact us on 13 28 66 (Fast Key Code 3 4).

    You will need to cancel your Form one and/or Form two if:

    • you have submitted multiple forms for the same property transaction
    • you have submitted a form in error
    • your settlement has fallen through.
