  • Table 11: SMSF members and non-SMSF members

    These tables show the approximate age distribution of SMSF members at 30 June 2014, along with the average and median account balances for these members as reported on the 2014 SAR. It also includes a comparison of SMSF members’ average and median taxable income to non-SMSF members’ average and median taxable income. The age ranges in these tables align with those as reported in APRA’s Annual Superannuation Bulletin.

    This is an estimate based on Australian Business Register (ABR) data.
