System advice and alerts
Our System advice and alerts page links to operational dashboard information on the current availability and performance of our systems, including Online services for agents and the Practitioner lodgment service.
We provide advice in our weekly newsletter detailing upcoming maintenance, so be sure to subscribe to the Tax professionals newsletter.
Also subscribe to the Tax professionals system advice and alert emails. If we need to perform maintenance outside a scheduled window at short notice, or there is a significant unplanned system issue, we'll send you an alert.
