    The Tax professionals newsletter is a free, weekly email newsletter that provides links to the week's top articles in the Tax professionals newsroom, as well as other important information updates.

    Once you have subscribed, you will receive a confirmation message.

    We recommend you add tp@news.ato.gov.au to your 'safe' or 'preferred sender' list in your email settings to ensure you receive your newsletter.

    After subscribing, if you don't receive a newsletter within a fortnight, check your spam folder.

    System advice and alerts

    Our dashboards provide information on the current availability and performance of Online services for agents and the practitioner lodgment service.

    We provide advice in our weekly newsletter detailing upcoming maintenance, so be sure to subscribe to the newsletter as well as advice and alert emails. If we need to perform maintenance outside a scheduled window at short notice, we'll send a Tax professionals system advice email to agents who subscribe to receive our Tax professionals system advice and alerts.

    In the event of significant unplanned system issues, we will send out a Tax professional alert email or SMS (via optional subscription service).
