The objectives of this data-matching program are to:
- identify individuals impacted by court decisions regarding taxation of invalidity benefit payments
- help the ATO in simplifying the taxation and superannuation remediation for the impacted population where possible, to make the process more streamlined for impacted individuals or facilitate streamlined manual remediation.
