The Communication Content Working Group met on 14 December 2022.
Members reviewed and discussed proposed guidance material for tax agents and their clients which included communications on:
- Client to agent linking in ATO online services
- Fuel tax credits – correcting errors
- Wave 1: Check and correct your fuel tax credits
- Wave 2: Reminder, time is running out to correct fuel tax credit errors
- On hold tax debt letters.
