A presentation was provided on general artificial intelligence (AI) security risks, governance considerations, and the controls required to support the secure adoption of AI. The discussion also covered the growing role of AI in cyber security operations and the emerging AI-enabled threat landscape.

Out of session, members were provided with information on the ATO's ‘That’s Risky’ public awareness campaign, launched ahead of tax time to raise awareness of common scammer tactics and encourage safer decision-making.

IDCARE

IDCARE provided an overview of its data breach response, preparedness, and intelligence services, including support available to organisations and individuals affected by identity compromise. The presentation also highlighted reporting, alerting, and dark web monitoring capabilities designed to improve incident response and situational awareness.
