Last updated 7 August 2026

When you submit feedback or a compliment

We are committed to providing high standards of service to those who interact with us. We welcome your feedback and compliments about the services we provide and how people experience the delivery of ATO services.

Any feedback submitted should relate to the administration of Australia's tax and superannuation systems or the services we provide. Feedback that is not related to these matters may not be considered.

When providing feedback, please be clear, factual and communicate respectfully. Feedback that contains abusive, offensive, discriminatory or threatening language, threats of harm, or unsubstantiated allegations about other people may not be considered.

For information about respectful interactions and our response to inappropriate behaviour, see Your conduct.

We will refer your feedback or compliments to the appropriate area for consideration.

We won't respond directly to you, but this information is important to us.
