The following diagram represents the key elements required in a corporate plan under subsection 16E(2) of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Rule 2014 (PGPA Rule). In addition to these requirements, we have also included our vision and enterprise priorities.

The first box contains the heading ‘Purpose’ with an icon of interconnected nodes symbolizing a network to the left. The box contains the text ‘why the entity exists’. An inset white box to the right includes the heading 'Vision’ with a blue eye icon and text stating ‘What we aspire to be’.
The second box, headed ‘Key activity’, has a white target and arrow icon, followed by the text ‘Lasting and significant programs or areas of work undertaken to assist in the entity achieving its purpose over the 4-year corporate plan period’. A smaller white box with blue writing is headed ‘Enterprise priorities’ with an icon of four arrows pointing inwards to a dot in the centre. The text in the box is ‘Strategically important activities aimed at improving results across our key activities and core business functions over the short term’.
