The key elements of our plan

Published 8 August 2025

The following diagram represents the key elements as required in a corporate plan under subsection 16E(2) of the PGPA Rule. In addition to these requirements, we have also included our vision.

Diagram showing the key elements of a corporate plan. At the top, two connected boxes labelled Purpose (“Why the entity exists”) and Vision (“What we aspire to be”). Below is Key activity, described as lasting and significant programs or areas of work undertaken to help the entity achieve its purpose over the four-year corporate plan period. Next is Performance measures, explaining how achievement of the entity’s purpose will be measured and assessed. The final section, Operating context, states that key activities are undertaken within an operating context that includes the environment in which the entity will operate, the capability required by the entity, risk oversight and management systems, how the entity cooperates with others, and how any subsidiaries will contribute. The information is presented in a vertical flow of dark blue panels with white text and accompanying icons.
