The Australian Taxation Office corporate plan sets out how the Australian Taxation Office (ATO), the Tax Practitioners Board (TPB) and the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC) will work to achieve their purposes over the planning period.
Statement of preparation
As the accountable authority of the Australian Taxation Office listed entity, the Commissioner of Taxation is pleased to present the Australian Taxation Office corporate plan 2026–27, which covers the periods of 2026–27 to 2029–30. This plan has been prepared as required under paragraph 35(1)(b) of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 (PGPA Act).
