Paying us
Sometimes you may need to pay us.
We are making a change to how you can pay us.
What is changing
After 30 November 2026, you can't pay us with a credit card.
You need to pay a different way.
Why this is changing
When you pay by credit card, we are charged a fee.
We previously asked you to pay that fee.
A new rule started on 1 October 2026.
The rule says we can't ask you to pay the fee.
Credit cards won't be accepted after 30 November 2026 for this reason.
