From 1 October, you'll need to start sharing files via the Kiteworks platform.
What this means for you:
- For existing requests, continue to use SIGBOX to submit information as previously arranged.
- If you want to retain any files stored in SIGBOX, you'll need to remove them as they will not be retained or migrated to Kiteworks.
- For any new requests, we'll work with you to set up Kiteworks.
Your ATO contact can assist you with the transition to Kiteworks. To help you get started with Kiteworks, we’ll provide user guides and instructions in due course.
