Print the current fund name exactly as it appears on the fund's trust deed or other constituent document.
For subsequent tax returns, the fund name should be consistent from year to year unless the name changes.
If the fund name is legally changed, you must advise us of the change by either updating the details online at www.abr.gov.auExternal Link or completing the Change of details for superannuation entities (NAT 3036) at the time the change is made.
