The November newsletter is the final issue for 2025.
Our Christmas and New Year holiday shut down period starts from noon (AEDT) Wednesday, 24 December 2025. We re-open at 8:30 am (AEDT) Friday, 2 January 2026.
During the closure, our systems and online services including our website will be available. For unexpected system impacts and times, refer to our System Maintenance page and dashboards.
You can still lodge and report, but we won't process and display the records or lodgments until after 2 January. You can still make payments during the closure, but they won’t be visible until our systems come back online.
As staff are on leave during this period, phone support services and customer response on our social media pages will be unavailable.
