Make sure you’re aware of the correct process for managing test super product data. All testing must be carried out using an approved test environment to maintain the integrity of live production data.
As funds do not have direct access to our testing environment, you'll need to facilitate all testing through your own gateway or solution provider.
If you experience any issues during testing, raise them with your gateway or solution provider. They're responsible for coordinating and managing testing on behalf of funds and will engage with us as needed to resolve technical matters.
This approach ensures testing is coordinated and aligned with gateway responsibilities.
