To get near real time status information on the availability and performance of our super services subscribe to our APRA Superannuation Dashboard.
The dashboard gives you data that comes directly from our monitoring systems for SuperTICK, SuperMatch, Member Account Attribute Service (MAAS), Member Account Transaction Service (MATS) and the SMSF Verification Service.
It also provides announcements and planned system maintenance information - not only for the super services listed above, but also:
- EmployerTICK
- Fund Validation Service (FVS)
- SMSFMemberTICK.
When you subscribe you'll get notifications whenever the Dashboard creates, updates, or resolves an unplanned outage. Notifications about the Dashboard can be received via:
- email – creates, updates or resolves an incident
- SMS (text) – creates or resolves an incident
- webhook notifications – creates, updates or resolves an incident or changes a component status.
