You can access the super enquiry service to lodge, manage and view enquiries in real-time.

Accessing the super enquiry service is easy

The super enquiry service allows funds and their administrators to lodge and manage super reporting, administrative or system related enquiries in real-time. Access is easy and it's available 24/7.

To use the service, you'll need to use myIDExternal Link to authenticate yourself, and Relationship Authorisation Manager (RAM)External Link credentials to act on behalf of your fund. You need a Standard or Strong Digital ID.

The authentication process is the same as Online services for business.
