For situations where they may have fallen behind, we may call employers to advise of outstanding obligations, so they have the opportunity to correct any issues.
If an employer has been unresponsive to previous intervention or we identify ongoing patterns where they haven’t met their obligations, we may conduct a review or audit to assess their situation.
