Field Description

ATO Identifier (Internal ID)

A Client Internal Identifier is an immutable system generated unique number used internally by the ATO's Integrated Core Processing (ICP) system and other computer systems to link client database records.

Matching Result

This code is used to show what the result of identity matching was:

M - Matched

U - Unmatched

P - Partial

Family name

The person's last name or surname - the name by which a family group is identified

Given names

The name given to a person which is that person's identifying name within the family group or the name by which the person is uniquely socially identified; the name borne by an individual, often assigned by his or her parents shortly after birth, as opposed to the inherited surname.

Date of Birth

This is the birth date of the individual YYYYMMDD

Gender

This is the code value of an individual’s gender. Possible values include but are not limited to:

- F: Female

- M: Male

- X : Intersex / Indeterminate

- O: Other

PID - DHA Personal Identifier

A Client Internal Identifier is an immutable system generated unique number used internally by ICP and other computer systems to link client database records.

Location

Code value to determine if an individual is:

N - Onshore

F - Offshore

U - Unknown

Status

This holds the code values for the direction an individual is moving between countries.

A - Arrival

D - Departure

Status Date

This holds the date of when the individual arrived or departed from Australia.
