About bulk ATO data requests

A bulk data request is defined as a request for ATO data for 250 entities or more.

All new bulk data requests are strictly assessed prior to approval. This is to ensure they comply with relevant legislation and regulations and are ethical and secure for our data holdings.

Download the ATO data request form at Tax information: requests by law enforcement and other government agencies.
