End-of-year CRS application processing time

During the Christmas and New Year holiday period, our offices will close from midday (AEDT) 24 December 2025 and reopen 8:30 am (AEDT) 2 January 2026.

Any compassionate release of super (CRS) applications that are not finalised prior to 24 December 2025 will be actioned after our offices reopen. However, you can still submit applications over this period.
