Our ATO app security features fact sheet will help you understand the security features we've introduced to help your clients protect their tax and superannuation information.
You can use Online services for agents to view your client’s ATO app status. You can check if your individual clients have registered their device using the ATO app and if their ATO account has been locked. If their account has been locked through the ATO app this won't prevent you accessing their ATO account through Online services for agents.

Our fact sheet Tax and super at your fingertips provides information on how your clients can securely manage their tax and super information in the ATO app.
They can view security messages, lock or unlock their ATO account, verify phone calls from us, and view their personal details.
At tax time, they can view due dates, check if their pre-fill information is ready and track the progress of their tax return.
