Information for tax professionals
Our New ATO app security features fact sheet will help you understand the new security features we've introduced to help your clients protect their tax and superannuation information.
You can now use Online services for agents to view your client’s ATO app status. You can check if your individual clients have registered their device using the ATO app and whether their ATO account has been locked. If their account has been locked through the ATO app this won't prevent you accessing their ATO account through Online services for agents.
