Preparing for PPLSC payments and revised super processing schedule
From 3 July 2026, we’ll start making the first Paid Parental Leave Super Contribution (PPLSC) payments to super funds.

Following the first PPLSC remittance batch run, payments and Government Contribution Transaction Request (GCTR) messages will commence from 7 July 2026. This initial pilot batch will include fewer than 100 members. For each member, the fund will receive a separate payment and GCTR message.
The second remittance batch run for PPLSC has been deferred by a week, and funds should receive payments and GCTR messages from 28 July 2026 as per the revised Super processing schedule. The second run will contain the bulk of the annual PPLSC payments.
From this run onward, funds receiving PPLSC payments for multiple members will receive consolidated payments and GCTR messages, consistent with other government contribution products.
PPLSC recovery runs will commence in August and will have consolidated Government Contribution Transaction Amendment Request (GCTAR) messages.
