The latest versions of the SuperStream New Payments Platform (NPP) Register and SuperStream NPP Deferral Register are available under User guides and supporting documents on the Contribution standard v3.0External Link page of the software developers website.
SuperStream NPP Register
The SuperStream NPP Register lists super funds that accept payments via the NPP.
To list your fund, email SuperStreamStandards@ato.gov.au and provide your funds details as outlined in the register.
SuperStream NPP Deferral Register
The SuperStream NPP Deferral Register lists super funds that are currently unable to receive payments via the NPP.
If your fund is unable to receive payments via the NPP, you must advise the ATO as soon as possible by emailing SuperStreamStandards@ato.gov.au with the information required to support your deferral, as outlined in the register.
