Our Superannuation DashboardExternal Link sources data directly from our monitoring systems for SuperTICK, SuperMatch, Member Account Attribute Service (MAAS), Member Account Transaction Service (MATS) and SMSF Verification Service.
The Dashboard provides system status information, near-real-time response rates for SuperTICK and SuperMatch and displays availability and performance of our superannuation services.
It also provides announcements and planned system maintenance information for super services for large funds, including:
- SuperTICK
- SuperMatch
- Member Account Attribute Service (MAAS)
- Member Account Transaction Service (MATS)
- EmployerTICK
- Fund Validation Service (FVS)
- SMSFMemberTICK
- SMSF Verification Service (SVS)
The dashboard provides regular updates on unplanned outages including severity and expected duration of the outage.
When you subscribe to the ATO Superannuation Dashboard, you get notifications whenever the Dashboard creates, updates, or resolves an unplanned outage. Notifications about the Dashboard can be received via:
- email – creates, updates or resolves an incident
- SMS (text) – creates or resolves an incident
- webhook notifications – creates, updates or resolves an incident or changes a component status
