SuperMatch annual statement of compliance due

If you use SuperMatch, your annual statement of compliance is due by 28 February 2026.

Your fund trustee, or an appropriately qualified senior officer, for example a Chief Risk Officer, must make your annual statement of compliance.

In the statement, you need to confirm that you:

  • made no changes in the solution or usage of SuperMatch, or you reported any changes to your SuperMatch processes to us
  • actively monitor your use of SuperMatch, and you report any concerns about usage to us
  • ensure your SuperMatch solution and usage complies with the terms and conditions of use and the user guide, and you report any breaches to us within the required timeframes.

To comply with the terms and conditions of use for SuperMatch, the annual statement of compliance must be emailed to ESFSEngagement&Insights@ato.gov.au.

If you don’t submit the annual statement by the due date, we may remove your access to SuperMatch.
