Payday Super is now law

From 1 July 2026, employers must pay superannuation guarantee (SG) at the same time as salary and wages.

You can get ready now to stay ahead of the deadline. If you use the ATO’s Small Business Clearing House (SBSCH), this is closing as part of the Payday Super changes.

Look now for an alternative provider so you can transition before the SBSCH closes on 1 July 2026.
