ATO online services for business
Businesses can use ATO online services for business reporting and transactions, including:
- managing lodgments such as activity statements and taxable payments annual reports
- making payments or finding your balances owing, payment reference number (PRN) and create payment plans
- corresponding with us using Secure mail
- managing your accounts and updating your tax registration details (for example, register for goods and services tax (GST), pay as you go (PAYG) withholding and PAYG instalments)
- nominating a registered tax agent, BAS agent, or a payroll services provider, or update authorisations for an existing registered agent. For sole traders, your new agent will do this process for you.

Phone our business self-help service on 13 72 26 to:
- lodge your
- Not-for-profit self-review return
- nil activity statement
- nil annual GST return
- GST or PAYG instalment annual elections
- Combined global and domestic minimum tax return
- GLoBE information return
- register for fuel tax credits, if you're registered for GST
- make a payment arrangement for debts under $100,000
- check the progress of your lodgments.
